well I hope no-one bashes me for it but yeah I broke down and bought it but not after dropping the price by a total of $1950 and going with just a 1 year warranty. My interest rate was just too good to pass up with my mother cosigning, it would have been a lot higher by myself. This car is gonna take a lot of getting used to but its been a lot of fun so far. Also I found out an aquaintance works at the honda dealer right by my place so I can get everything at his discount.

awesome--sounds like a good deal!!!!
congratulations again!!

Just watch driving it in the rain til you get used to it---the handling is so neutral that the rear end breaks loose VERY suddenly and it's tough to catch. it especially happens on corners if you punch the gas and hit VTEC--the sudden burst of power overcomes the rear wheel's traction and away you go!!

also cruise thru the various forums on this site--look thru the "stickys" at the tops of the forum--there's plenty of great info
(and don't forget to update your profile like NNY S2K suggested--now that you're an owner, want to tell everyone about it)

Thanks!

This car is one of the best things I've ever driven. I've tested it out here and there but nothing too crazy as I'm not comfortable with my driving skill in it. I'm new to this 6-speed close gear ratio, and a little new to the rwd.

I've been looking around a lot, especially about the clunking when shifting, which I'm still getting used to, as well as the fact I may need to have my TCT changed cause I believe thats the cause of this ticking noise.

If you do a search for the TCT, there's a couple of videos with sound that you can compare your noise to--kinda sounds like a "playing card in bicycle spokes" noise. If it's not that noise, may need to have the valves adjusted
