New guy, just researching
Downside, they're outright pigs (3600 lbs), have more blind spots than Ray Charles'house and even though the fit-and-finish is better than any previous generation Mustang, it's still kind of "meh".
On the flip side, the S2K handles better out of the box, can take a mighty f##ton* of boost in stock form, cheaper to buy (even when using my X plan discount for a brand new one, and I found a clean AP1 with 82k for $10,9xx), IMO look just as good as the '13 GT's, 800 lbs lighter, has IRS and are kind of exclusive.
Cons: Takes a lot of power to hit 10's, need to do engine work to go fast on pump gas, IRS's are weaker than live axles, everything is so expensive to modify and FFS, every exhaust system I have heard for them sounds like a swarm of bee's inside of a coffee can!
Now you see where I'm at lol
