Thought its about time I introduced myself on here, Im Rory from the midlands UK could be spotted in either Stoke-on-Trent or Warwick where I work.
I've had quite a few Hondas in the last few years including about 10 Accord Type-Rs, featuring a 360bhp Turbo and a fully built NA one, as well as a civic vti and a couple of JDM Integra DC2s. I still have a 98 spec JDM DC2 currently undergoing a 280+bhp NA H22 swap, which should be coming to a head towards the end of the year, and probably end up all out track.
Anyway recently I have sold my 96 spec integra DC2 daily and replaced it with this…
How it looks after my first months ownership
Its an early 1999 Silverstone Silver S2000 with just 55k on the clock and half red leather interior which is exactly what I've been after since starting to look for one last summer and giving up. (I know its not silver) It currently has a pearl white wrap on it which to be honest I wasn’t all that keen on at first but its growing on me! I bought the car primarily on it being an early one with mint mechanicals with such low mileage, also has FSH and is so clean! I can't imagine its faced many winters!
Loving it so far so different to an ATR or DC2 and puts a smile on my face every day!
Will be starting a build thread soon and have my eye on the for sale sections! Be good to meet a few UK owners too!
