new s2k convert
hey all, just bought my first s2000, its a 2001 model previously owned by member "wall-e". I've wanted one when i first saw it when i was in junior high, and then knew i had to have one when i rode in a classmates several years later, now that i am financially stable enough i finally got one of my own. before this i had 2 s13's, 89 camaro, 68 camaro and 1998 gmc sierra, all in various levels of upgrades. this is a new level of auto quality.
anyways, back to the s2000, its got a GReddy turbo kit, AEM EMS, TEIN coilovers with EDFC, VIS hardtop, 1000cc injectors, J's racing front half bumper..... theres more that im probably forgetting about, but those are the big ones.
I picked it up in Virginia and drove it 5 hours back to Dover Delaware. the problem is that now that it's here, kent county wont register it unless it has an operational MIL and OBD II port.... but with the EMS neither work as designed do thats the first obstacle i have. im still new to the auto scene here, i grew up in Chino Hills Ca where theres no seasons and theres tuning shops all over the place. if anyone knows of some good tuning shops in delaware or good cruise routes, let me know please, and most importantly, if you know of any way that i can register the car simply without buying a stock ECU and emanage i would be VERY appreciative.
i would post the pics i have, but im not sure how to post them on here..... im not exactly computer savvy...
