Hello everyone, I just purchased an 01 S2k, Silverstone. Well not exactly. Im buying it from a close friend of many years and I have to have it paid off fully before I get to get it. I paid 8k on it so far, He wanted 14,500. So whenever I pay the rest off I can get it. But im really excited to finish paying it off! its an 01 AP1 by the way. I just had a couple questions. I have seen some really awesome looking stances with aftermarket wheels and tires and I wanted to know what is the widest tire I can run on the back? That sounds like a noob question, but I am looking for a nice small drop on it also. Here are my plans so far for it. PS- Im 21 and just payed off my house due to being in the Marines (84k) So I really have no bills so money is not a HUGE issue.

2001 Silverstone
18" Dark wheels with polished lip (not sure what brand yet?)
lowered 1-2"
Inline Pro Turbo Kit with GT35R
3mm Head gasket
Inlinepro Exhaust
15lbs of boost tuned with AEMEMS
Clutch / Flywheel
hoping for around 400whp.

Thats all I have planned so far... I know i will need alot more, but can ya help a noob out PS- My name is CRX2nr because I have had that name on every board sense about 2001 , its just easy to remember, i dont have a CRX anymore

With FI, its even more critical to have good offsets. Search around the wheel and tire forum for definitions and discussions of offsets but to get the width that you need in the rear, you'll need offsets of at least +60. The higher the rear offset, the wider wheel you can fit. Good luck.
