Default Newbie here

Hey all, I'm new to this site but have been here to read some things about S2000.....I am an active member on the Ridgeline forum and some other fishing forums.
I guess I'm having a Sr mid-life crisis as I am looking to buy a S2000, have loved them for years and since I have had civics, accords and many other things that
Honda makes I'm sold on Honda.
My question for anyone carrying to chime in is the difference in the AP1 vs AP2 models.....is it worth the extra $ to buy 2004 and up over the 2003 and down? I know
what changes were made but want to hear from maybe someone who has had both. I have looked at many both AP1 and AP2, not too afraid of millage up to 70,000 as long
as seller has records showing good maintenance practices. I am currently looking at both a 2002 and a 2004 but as we all know these sweet cars don't last long on the
market if they are being offered at a reasonable price.

Thanks and looking forward to being a member with an S in my garage..
Mike

Thanks buzz, since signing on this morning I have been reading ( eyes are starting to pop out ) about the differences and what to look for when buying one, lot of good info there.....guess it comes down to how much ya want to spend....and of course condition of car...I have seen some here on the site but not many here is florida that might be close to me so it looks like I'll have to wait till one pops up or take a chance and have to travel some to consider...
