Owner of a Rio Pearl
Hello everyone, im a new owner of a 03 Rio Yellow Pearl. I picked the car up with 89k for 9800 about a month ago, now it has 92k i love to drive around and enjoy the warm days before winter comes. The car has a few minor flaws like the common tears on the top and cosmedic things. Im doing mostly tune up things right now like motor oil and filter, tranny oil (used Honda MTF) checked the brakes and regreased doing spark plugs OEM and checking the PCV valve this week end. i believe it needs a new throw out bering but i wont worry about that untill i get a new clutch when the car is parked over winter.
Mods
-AP1 oem front lip.
-Koni Yellow adjustables with tein Htech springs (i love the ride)
-K&N Intake
-I believe a high flow cat with foulers on both the o2 sensors
-Megan Racing Headers
-Front Strut bar
-TS06 black wheels wrapped on Pireli p6 235/45/r17 on back and hankook sports 225/45/r17 in front
-Repainted the calipers matte black because previous owner had literally paint brushed them yellow
Ordered Megan Racing Half shaft spacers because i have the "shakes" after going 65+ and i had my wheels/tires balanced twice so i hope this fixes it.
Will post pics once i get some and figure out how to, im sure its easy but currently at work with restricted comp. Any input on common things to check i would apreciate the advice, Im big on DIY's I live in Fairfield County CT Thanks Fernando.
