Absolutely. I just took the front MN plate off. The plugs will be one of those things to order while the car is in storage.

Yes, I did do a carfax. The bumper fitment looks fine in person... not sure what you're looking at. The door gap you see is an plastic edge guard the previous owner put on. He was super paranoid about keeping the car in perfect shape.
