Yes to all your questions and the $299 deal was with $3702 out of pocket, $19860 something residual. I got them down to $340 with $340 out of pocket ( 1st month payment ) same residual, included sales tax.

mine was $410 a month with $1000 OTD.
But, it was including tax with 15000 miles per year, and other options on. So, its about $385 w/o tax and another 20 bucks off for mileage offered with ad. and 25~30 bucks for spoiler options.
So if i got it as a basic, it would be around $335 a month with $1000 OTD.
Either way, even you save couple bucks, S will make it up totally.

Hold the phone. Is this on a new 05 or 06?

If so, that's a pretty good deal, I think.

That was a lease on a 2005. AHFC lease $3000 dn. 299/month for tier 1 buyers. But that was based on selling the car for a certain amount so that the dealers could still make a little bit of money. Most dealers were whoring theirs out for sub invoice so some people were able to get $330 amonth with $330 @ signing with 12K miles.

Sorry, I missed that. What's this special deal? I'm in the market and thinking about lease vs. buy and this might sway me.

The special lease offer was put out a couple of months ago, but I don't think it's still in effect.
