im in the market for an s2000, and i found a pretty cheap one for about 12k with 29,xxx miles on it. its a NFR 2000 ap1. it has a salvage title but with no damage to the body. well thats from what he told me. he just said its a theft recovery because they stole alot of OEM parts. you guys think its worth it?

 

Without knowing the "whole" story; I would pass. I think you could find a little newer MY with a "clean" title for several thousands more (don't know your budget). However, if you're handy with the wrench and got shop manuals, it might be a fun project.
