^^^There are so many variables that you should contact your agent for an accurate price.

I understand this. I am going to try and keep it under my moms insurance. Because i was dumb a year and a half ago and went to jail for speeding way to fast so insurance will tear me a new one. And she is 44 and never one ticket or accident. My current insurance is $76 full coverage. I mean just on guess what do you think? I figured if it goes up it cant be to to much. Considering the Si is newer and still considered a sports car.

Buying used, I would expect insurance won't go up all that much, but in your case it might be a different story. Your situation sounds difficult, and I'm sure you don't want to end up putting your mom in a difficult situation.

Depending on how long ago your speeding thing happened, it might be advisable for you not to buy an S for a while... I will suggest to you that if you end up getting the car, you confine the extreme speed to the track only. I don't say that just to pick on you; I say that universally. The handling of the S2000 demands significantly more concentration and respect than any front driver (particularly a Civic). Besides, you're a cop target in the S.
