One of things holding me back (check that: the ONLY thing holding me back) from purchasing the S2000 is because of the lack of trunk space. I would definitely need to transport some kind of wheelchair from time to time.

Anyone have experience hauling around a some kind of wheelchair?

If it folds up, it might fit. Maybe.

 

mysilvers2k (Amy) has transported one in the trunk before, i think...this was for her passenger on one of the drive

he uses a trunk mounted bike rack and his wheelchair folds and the wheels comes off.

 

If you can get it folded right, it could work! Good luck!

 

I guess it all depends on how big the wheel chair is and how compact it is when it folds. I'm sure a few models can fit in the trunk with room to spare.
