S2000CR on the way
My wife and I just returned from a "car adventure". We traveled to Florida (to visit family) and then to Mobile Alabama where we completed the purchase of a very nice 2008 S2000 CR.
It is being shipped later this week to its new home in Rhode Island. Since it is yellow with the black hardtop we call it the "bee"
We had owned a 2001 Honda S2000 also yellow which we sold as we had adopted a daughter and the car was not appropriate. Now that she is 10 years old we decided we wanted another bite of the apple.
Has anyone "tracked" a CR? I wonder if the car is track ready (not for racing just for driver training etc) or are modifications required?
We enjoy visiting Limerock Raceway in Conneticut and would love to chat with other S2000 owners who also go there.

I live at Lime Rock and you won't be the only S2000 there. I encourage you to come visit us! I myself am there 5 or more times per summer.
We plan our track days in both the Upstate NY region and the New England region. Lime Rock is close to Albany so we get a lot of members from that area on track with us.
