seatbelt Beeping noise

Default seatbelt Beeping noise

How can i shut this noise off i still wear my belt but its just annoying to hear????? its not beeping once i put the belt on but i dont need to hear the beep while still sitting in my driveway. once im on my way i put it on but its like Drivers ED all over again just seeing if any one figured out how to take care of it??? Thank you for any answers

I'm a little confused about it as well... if you're wearing it, it beeps!? does it lock the seatbelt proplerly when you fasten it?? BTW, might wanna post this in the 'under the hood' thread...

I am not sure, but the sensor for the seatbelt is under you seat.

^Unplugging it will only cause the light to never go off, so it would beep all the time. I would also suggest putting it on when you first get in before you put the key in if you want to avoid the beep.

If u unlug it, it will never turn on or beep!
