Silverstone AP2 owner in SC
Hi all! I'm the deliriously happy new owner of the car previously for sale here. I want to say first of all that the seller (JSenek) was a delight to deal with, quite accommodating. Terrific fellow all around.
I'd considered buying an S2K back around October, but given that I was moving to SC from CT (I'm in the Navy), I didn't think it was a great idea. My previous car was an '07 Pontiac G6, and I ended up needing the space when moving.
Fast forward a few months; I started looking seriously at them about three weeks ago. Found this one, drove up to Clemson, and fell in love with it. I'd never driven an S2K before, and man, it's like a freaking go kart. I used to have a '97 Prelude, which I thought was sporty. Nothing like this, though.
The only thing I forgot to ask when taking possession was where the fuel release cap was... little embarrassing at the pump
Anyway, I'm hoping to make it to RtD with my dad. Parents live in Asheville, not too far from the road.

I was lucky to avoid the embarassment of wildly searching for the fuel door release because my salesman took one for the team. He took the car to fill up the tank while I was signing what seemed like 1000 pages of paperwork. When he returned, he made sure to tell me where the release is because he couldn't find it and had to make a call back to the dealership to ask.

^ haha. I remember that paperwork. What about trying to get the top down for the first time. I didn't know the E-break had to be engaged in order for it to come down lmao. I was getting pissed hitting the "roof" button five times only to see the top stay up hahaha.
Anyways, welcome to the forum Stephon and congrats on your purchase.
