Hello future S2K friends!
I right now own an 09 Mitusbishi Eclipse GT, but I am on the verge of trying to sell it so I can get an .............................. (dramatic pause) .......................... (bet you can't guess what)...................................., that's right you fellow reader and Honda S2000! I have recently fallen in love with the S2K after test driving the only one near me within a 240 mile radius... I test drove an 02, so it was the F20C motor. I loved the thrill of the car, but didn't really get to do much because of course the people had to go on the ride with me... I don't know what an AP2 is like, but my friends mom own an AP2 and he is going to take me in a ride very soon. I have been reading, reading, and reading some more to try and figure out if an AP1, or AP2 is better. I have noticed that is a very big controversy... I noticed there is no answer to that question because it is personal preference, but I think I am most likely leaning more towards AP2. Some of the modifications I have been looking into doing was: Intake, bigger injectors, no headers because I heard stock manifold is better anyways, I want to turbo it, but only run 8psi of boost beacuse I really only want the turbo for the BOV hehe
, I heard that it is also better to keep the stock cams in this car is you are going to run boost?, of course an exhaust, I have heard the invidia and I love that sound so I think I am going to get the cat back invidia exhaust, and the usual rims, etc.
I have been reading my eyes out, but still not 100% on what parts to get. I can't really find a forum that shows what are the best parts to get for an AP2, so if senior member or anyone that just knows, can PM me or send a link on this, that would be awesome! (:

I was just like you for months. I searched online everyday until I found what I wanted. I was open to either an AP1 or 2. Ended up with an AP2 and glad I did. Good Luck
