Default Teach me

I would love to learn more about S2k. I've read varies threads, i hear NFS and CR thrown around. The only things I know are the differences between AP1 and AP2 and their common problems. Other than that, I don't know many specifics. The basics is what I want to learn. I understand the VTEC and other little details. Just don't really grasp the idea of parts, and what they do, like coilovers, and intakes.
