Mine came with keyless remote and the key chip that won't allow the car to start. No alarm.

There can be. The key fob's not an indicator of whether you have an alarm or not. All S's come with key fobs.

Shouldn't you be asking the seller?

I bought it from a small shop dealer. Didn't ask.

I saw a little sticker that says car has a immbollizer. I test to see if there is an alarm on a good day. Don't want to disturbe the neighbor.

It's a dealer supplied option.. so you might have one, and you might not. If you do, the car should come with two additional FOBs, for a total of four. Two to control the normal operation but not the alarm, and two to control the normal operation and the alarm.. but they have drastically reduced range.. at least they did in 1999 when mine were made.
