Hey all...im looking into getting an S2000 for my next project car, and figured starting here would be the best place. I currently am driving a 600+ whp 350Z that i built from the ground up. It is awaiting the install of some new parts but due to me being in afghanistan at the moment it is not ready to be tuned to 700+ woot.

but i am really looking to get an S2000 for my daily and know i'm in the right place to do that.

don't worry about noob threads from me either...im a big forum guy and know what not to post. lol

I daily drive my AP1 and its totally fine. For like 4 years now

 

lol search. alot of threads about this. i posted one last week about getting a 350z or s2k. i have had my s2k for 2 days now. BAD CHOICE for one reason. i drove to get it in 55 degree weather. drove home with the top down. and as of right now there is 8in of snow on the ground stuck in all weekend. but i love the car. even for a daily! so much fun!!!

 

my buddy has been using a MY00 for a daily for the past two years and roughly 50k miles.

I'm looking to make a daily out of it too. I think tire choice has a lot to do with it. If you get something decent for the summer RE01R's and then Blizzaks for the winter you should be set. A hardtop helps, too.
