Hello all,

I've been reading the forum for a week now, and its time I introduce myself, and confess my new obsession of searching for s2k pictures and looking at them at length..

So I'm from Indiana, currently hauling my butt in a 98 integra ls. The teggys are fine crafts, but I got a bad piece - the suspension and control arms are busted. Its gonna cost me more to repair than the car itself.

So here I am searching for a new craft... Either one of

An E46 M3
E 46 330Ci
An S2k
A 07+ Mini Cooper S

I love the handling of the cooper s, and the looks and power of the m3. If I go for the 330ci, I'd like one with an M kit, so it has the external aero features.

As far as the s2k goes, I've only driven one at a dealership. An older one, AP2, don't remember the year. It had 5k miles on it. Unfortunately, two things happened:
1. This being the first time I've driven vtec, I forgot that it at the moment, so I didn't go into vtec.
2. Having read all the "be careful" & "respect the car" threads in here, I must admit I was a bit scared to pushing it even one bit. (Since I didn't hit vtec, I obviously was far far away from the pushing-it-threshold. But, I didn't know that then, like I said).

I didn't find the steering as responsive as the cooper s', the ride was also softer than my friends 08 cooper s with sport suspension, and the brakes were horrendously soft!

Is this for all the s2ks? or maybe the one I drove was a lemon? Let me know ...

In any case, the looks were killer, I liked the interior, and the engine sounds freaking sickening.

I may go for it after all...
