Hey guys just traded my 00 type r for a 01 s2000. Sad to see my car go after owning it for 8 years but was always interested in s2000's. Never had one or even driven one before. Maybe some of you know my car or have seen ads for it but it was from Massachusetts 01 spa yellow with 50k miles rebuilt title kw coilovers, and xxr wheels that are def too big for the car. I think 18x8 front and 18x10 rear +20 with 225's all the way around :/. Haven't even put them on the car and previous owner didn't even roll the fenders a little so the tires are chewed and paint is slightly rubbed off the fender s lips. But just wanted to say hi and hope to learn a lot here about the car!

 

2000 itr for an 01 salvage title s2k?? Any problems with you car?? I think you should of atleast aimed for an 02 or above. Post pix btw welcome to S2ki!

 

My car was a never ending project for me had a jdm front end I never had painted. I was making it into a track car and was gutted in the rear. I had a k24 in it with some high end parts but motor needed work from a snapped valve stem. I was entertaining trades and he that's what I was offered wasn't generally looking for a s2000 but glad I got it.
