P.S. So, can they reset odometer readings or not? Anybody know?
I'm in the automotive industry and I guess I'm not supposed to say this, but I know for a fact that resetting the Odometer on another brand(can't mention) is possible. I'm not sure if the dealers have that capability, though.
Don't know much about Honda, but my guess is yes.

Would the dealers reset the Odometer intentionally? I hope not.

25% off of sticker? That puts the car at $25,687. You're telling me they got almost ten thousand dollars of profit in that little car? I don't believe it's possible.

Thanks.

Marrk
Marrk... Honda salesman here in NY. Yes, you are getting a good price. Keep in mind now Honda just came up with 2g in dealer cash but i believe you are pretty much there already.

Also, you cannot turn the odometer back. Someone made the statement about 40 miles still being new, and i agree. I would even go as far as saying 50 miles.

Third, this remark about 25% off is REDICULOUS. Maybe the domestic mfr's can do that. But Honda dealers in no way have that kind of room to negotiate. try 3.5%.

Hope this helps.

So Marrk what happened? Did you make the deal? The price you were talking about seemed pretty good.
