The way I understand it right now, caster is limited the lower you go ... there was a thread by a circuit racer in Dubai or somewhere that max'd out his caster at 6 degrees, and wanted to go down to like 8 or 10, he had to get an SPC Ball Joint to get it to work.
Whenever I get my car set up right to install the TC Design rear control arms, I'll take some pics so people can see what you're talking about w/ suspension angle on the rear.

I Have noticed that it is easier to reach higher amounts of caster on the non-lowered S2000's than it is on the lowered ones.
(You switched from caster to camber in the post its slightly confusing? did you do this on purpose?)
