Thumbs up Guns!

I have basic knowledge of a gun. Like how to pull the slide back, slide release, how to load it with ammo. But how do I make it shoot the ammo?

On a side note: what type of gun(s) do you carry and how do you like them. I am looking the the Springfield Armory XD 9mm.

Thanks

I'm a poor man and this will be my first gun Tim. No need to buy big the first time.

+1 on the HK P2000 +++1 on them being a lilttle pricey.

Here's a pic of the office gun...

I've got a few guns and by far the most versatile is my glock, I know theres a lot of glock haters out there but they're proven and reasonably priced. The most fun gun that I have to shoot is by far the AR, it looks mean as hell and they're just as customizable as a civic.

congrat Yarb.

Enjoy it with care. They can be an asset ... but, also a liability.

I have a Glock 22/.40cal and LOVE it. It really takes a beating but still fires EVERY time. Not super accurate ... but, good enough for it's intended purpose.

I'm not a super gun nut, but I am fairly knowledgable, So I'm curious as to what bad things are said about glock??
