[QUOTE=MugenRioS2k,Oct 22 2006, 02:39 PM] Got the clutch, flywheel and the header installed.

Ran out of time at the dealership on Saturday so we had to start putting everything back together a bit early. Had to put everything back together to make the car drivable since I drove 2.5hrs to Will

was not really a rough install we just took out time

Only thing I could come up with on the EGT probe is since the ECU is running baseline programming right now the timing may be a bit more retarded then it was on the way down.
So the A/F are correct closed loop(14 teens) but the timing is pulled a bit back from what I would consider regular so the EGT are lower then normal.

They ran 300C on the way back up last night.
And they were running 400C this morning.
So maybe the ECU has already started learning the header in closed loop.

So I will get everybody the delta numbers on Monday baring any rain and will do another one in a couple a months before I install my custom CF/Kevlar intake I am making to see if there is a difference in open loop when the ECU learns in closed loop.

The Intake I am making is a Velocity stack from start to finish starting with the Mugen filter/Velocity stack from there intake and ending with the King 70 to 64mm throttle body.

I feel for you bro, been through the "argh" scenario many times when modding. We always expect these aftermarket parts will just glide on but there are always "unforseen" problems. Thanks for all your hard work.Look forward to the dyno #'s.

I got really lucky getting mine out. Took about 5 min and 4 different types of picks.
Can't wait to see your Dyno#'s

Ok guys here we go

Got onto the loaded dyno today and will be getting on an inertia dyno tomorrow.

Theses are very large pictures of the printouts the scanner was down at the shop.
Gallery is public so you should be able to get the hi rez versions +3000 x+2500 rez
Let Inet explorer DL the file and mouse over the picture for a couple of seconds until the expand icon shows up in the lower right hand corner to see the full size picture.

Gained about 6 hp and about 5 ft/lbs of TQ every where on the loaded dyno I would assume the inertia dyno will read a bit higher and will post those graphs after tomorrows run.

Today results lead me the assumption of the power graphs shown on King
