Why would you do that?
I would presume the damper is matched to the spring?

I was thinking that the softer spring would help with "feel" and/or the ability to absorb chatter and unsettle pavement better.

I have an AP2 rear subframe with AP2 upper control arms. Are any of the other suspension pieces, other than the shock/spring different between the 2 models?
