it won't work unless you're buying it for your passenger side. ASM doesn't make one that would fit the North American s2000s, that's why no one has it, costing $500 doesn't help either.

The bar is also NOT functional, ASM's site says it's for looks only.

That is EXTREMELY dangerous without a roll bar/cage of some quality. If you roll and the harness bar keeps you from being unable to tuck, you will likely be critically injured or killed. Harnesses should only be used in conjunction with the proper roll over protection.

it's not that it isn't functional, they highly recommend using a 4 point cage along with this bar, but the bar could be used to install the bar at the proper point.

but basically if you are thinking about using a harness for how it looks just don't. if you are thinking about it because it will hold you in your seat much better, (which means you all ready have a good after market seat) then just consider using the stock seatbelt until you have some type of cage.

one thing I have seen though, what about using the harness with only one shoulder strap? they are doing that all the time in cars without cages with harnesses, or just using the stock belt.

4点ハーネスブラケット
(4point Harness Bracket) well.... (4point haanesu buraketsuto)
