@DutchyFutch Thanks! The Aragosta suspension rides so nice and still firm enough for 10/10 driving. I even tried stiffer springs, and there were no issues with damping.

 

I have a semi local seller offering what he contends is a legit Asm is design 04 rear bumper. I’ve been wanting one for quite a long while but have just been holding off for a minute. It’s not super critical that it is legit but I would prefer it.
concerns:
1) There’s a small crack in the corner near the tail light
2) the carbon muffler area is not removable
3) the mesh doesn’t appear like any of the photos I’ve seen
4) it doesn’t have an Autobacs Asm sticker ( seller claims the early generations did not have it

so I’m attaching a bunch of photos. I haven’t seen it in person it’s about 2.5 hours from me ( in Texas that’s local

I just want to know if any of the OGs believe this may be real. If not real what is a fair price?

That's not the 04 bumper, its the OG rear bumper. Search diez s2ki for pic reference.

If only that had dual exhaust outlets....

Diez and most have this cutout around the license this bumper is solid.

 

Some have those areas cut out some don't. I'm not sure if ASM offered that as an option or not. Here's two pictures from ASM,

 

This is a tricky situation because i have heard of early asm parts not coming with the serial number on the back.

Any photo of it on the car? usually rep parts have a bit of sag/ warp right below the trunk.

 

Looks real to me, because of the 1x1 bottom section.
