Default Best aftermarket Exhaust

Don't know where to really ask for help about this. so i'm hoping this section is the right place to about this?

new to the whole modding scene, but I'm looking to purchase my first mod - an exhaust. what would you guys recommend as the best exhaust, considering sound, price and hp gain?

In my opinion - the b o b for the s2k in terms of price, sound, looks and performance is most definitely the t1r 63mm version 1 exhaust

best bling - amuse r1

best sound - hks hi power

best performance - t1r with test pipe or a single outlet exhaust 63 mm and 70 mm

sound, price, and hp gain. hhmmm... this is what almost everyone is looking for. there's so many exhausts for the S2000, and there is going to be no miracle exhaust. honda does a good job at making a great exhaust. so getting alot of HP from an exhaust is not going to be easy, or cheap. the mugen exhaust is expensive, and only gives you maybe 5 HP. i think you need to look into sound more, and fitament, more than HP.

the amuse is great because it improves over stock more than most other exhausts. not so much overall HP, but a HUGE weight savings, and a real quality product. i myself am leaning toward this one.

money wise, and sound...the comptech looks and sounds pretty good. let's see what some other people might think. good luck in your search.

to start modding,, get an intake (cold air intake) first, then consider en exhaust. any exhaust will not give you that power without an intake,,

i have the 63mm T1R exhaust with test pipe,, best price `

Best exhaust award goes to Amuse. Best exhaust factoring price is J's Racing, followed by T1R.
