Thumbs up CF wing install on CF trunk?

I have a mugen ss CF wing and i have a dry carbon Asuka trunk. Are there certain ways that i should take the install process? I dont want the Dry carbon to crack, how can i make this work? Does any one know of a place or shop that i can get these 2 pieces put together really clean?
Thanks for you time and help, Alex

Use a tiny drill bit and work your way up in sizes until the desire fit is achieved. And measure twice or more before drilling! In addition.. Our OEM trunks have little dimples as reference points for the factory spoiler. I believe the Mugen spoiler shares the same mounting points. I doubt your carbon part has it of course but you can compare the 2 to get an idea about where to plot the mouting points.

Right on. Also, use some masking tape near the area you intend to mount the wing. this will allow you to place the wing on the trunk and mark where to you need your holes, as well as prevent scratches if you happen to move the drill, or it catches and jerks etc. In addition, it will also help prevent any chipping of the top layer of carbon or clearcoat. same metheod applies if it is wet or dry carbon fiber.

Use a unit bit to drill the hole

Your trunk is wet carbon and I would use a small pointed grinding stone bit instead of a metal drill bit to avoid cracking

put some superglue on the area you're going to drill, also put some superglue around it after drilling, this will keep the weave from fraying.. use a very sharp clean drill bit....

I've also heard carbon fiber likes to be drilled at high rpm, so make sure the bit is up to speed before starting to put any pressure. I've heard of cracks doing it otherwise.
