APR GTC200 CF wing

Default APR GTC200 CF wing

I just ordered APR GTC 200 universal type wing

and

is there anything that i have to be careful

when install it, i probably go to shop to install it, not by myself.

let me know anything that i have to concern before install.

and can i have any specific picture who installed it already?

Installation is pretty basic but remember that the stands and the spoiler it self are pretty heavy. I don't know if your installing on a CF trunk lid or OEM but you will need the stronger trunk springs to accomodate the weight.....even then it will not pop up any more.

Because of the angle of the trunk lid sloping down on the sides and the stands being very ridgid, there is a possibility of the warpage either during install or after you've taken the car past 100 mph. That's a lot of pressure on the trunk lid.

I'm not sure if APR has corrected this problem with "shims" but just be aware of it.

i was thinking about reinforcement also
but it cost so i'm still thinking.

i might go track, but basically
drive daily.

even it is street car,
i like the way it look and
gtc200 is low-mounted and not that big like c-west.

i have to see today how heavy and how it will stand,

but anyway, thanks for advices!
