I have the Spoon headgasket on my f22c which bumped my CR from 11.1 --> 11.3.

Gained a bit of power everywhere across powerband on Church's dynopack:

Bone Stock (w/ AUT cooling plate that really doesn't do anything):
237 hp

Spoon snorkel (not a power adder)
APR cooling plate (more cf bling bling)
AFE filter (doubt I gained any power from this)
Krankvents (to fix my oil consumption)
Hondata IMG (not a power adder, but a power loss "inhibitor")
Spoon hg (only real power added on my car)

245 hp

Not too bad for a bone stock i/h/e.

I got decent gains across the board from the hg; car definitely felt more rev-happy and had more power. However, the installation was pricey unless you do your own work. I had the hg installed at the same time with the IMG, so it was a hit2birdswith1stone kind of thing for me.

If you're gonna do headwork anyway, you might as well swap the headgasket at the same time. But if you're just installing it for the hell of it, I wouldn't say it's worth the time and money.
