i damaged my shock and will need to replace my spring/shock. if you have done this combo, could you share your expericence?

i dont track/race my car, 99% DD car

 

If anything I would go with just the OEM CR struts/springs. Lowering springs on a CR strut may do more harm than good. The CR suspension is very well balanced.

 

Dont know ho much cr struts go for, but you can get koni yellows for a decent price and theyll work just fine with the eibach.

I should know, thats what i run.

Konis have adjustable dampening which can be nice.

You say your a DD, if you dont already have the eibachs i'd suggest getting the espilers. The eibachs arent low enough for me.

 

i was wondering if anyone have used this before. i dont want to lower the car too much, just trying to get a good balance of handling/look.

I'm installing front CR shocks with espelir springs on my 01 within the next week or so. If I remember, I'll update this thread with my impressions.

 

My impression is it rides damn good. A little tighter than stock AP1's

 

spectacle, are those rotors Centric blanks?
