From the spare tire side, push upward in the area of the four white clips with a little force. They should pop out. Remove the rear tray from the white clip side up first, then the roll hoop side last.

i guess i got lucky...i got my tray out in like 10 mins. ..that picture sdeuce posted should help you out a lot...and try pushing the tray down toward the spare tire compartment

well i got her in.

i wanna thank SDUECE, alejo, vvs and everyone else that popped in and helped me out.

i ended up using the spare tire jack to apply steady pressure on the tray and it finally popped out. un broken too. after that, the rest of the install when well. tomorrow when im at work and have access to a lift ill do some final adjustments, but for the most its in.

Glad I was able to help out. My girlfriend was wondering why I kept going back and forth into the garage w/ the camera past 11PM.
