The change in stiffness is noticable when you really drive the car, under normal driving conditions its minimal. If you just have the floor bar you may not notice as much of a difference, but when using an X or U-brace, floor bar, and tie bar I think the chasis has a lot less flex then before these parts were installed. I give it

Note: My answer is from the use of the ASM bar your question was for the Cusco bar, because the designs are so similiar, my experience should apply to both products

are the cusco bars bolt-in and how noticable is the change in stiffness?
And yes, the Cusco bars are bolt in. The installation is very straight forward as I would assume for the ASM ones too.
