Do you think it's possible to scale 750cc or 1000cc injectors on the EMU and be able to run a Comptech SC to 15psi?

Can i use a narrowband output from the innovate to connect to the oem ecu
or do i need to weld in a new bung for the innovate and keep the oem o2 sensor.

my unit is acting up.with power and ground it turns on but when i connect my laptop it keeps asking if i want to connect the 2 just about every 3 seconds.i thought maybe it was a bad grn/pwr issue but i pluged them in directly and got the same issue.i also tried both windows vista and xp and its doing the same thing.


i was able to fix the problem by downgrading the EU to 2.00 which matches my laptop version.greddy has a 2.2 update but thats what screwed me up

Gilbert,

I thought I saw somewhere that you were modifying the boomslang to change the VTEC crossover, am I wrong? My harness has not been modified but the crossover point won't move.

I have a boomslang that seems to be wired correctly and a map that is supposed move vtec with the aux output map.

Any hints on what you think the problem might be? Its still VTECing at 6k, but no success with moving it.

Boomslang harness is correct for VTEC, GReddy harness is not and needs modification. Make sure airflow input 2 is set to Aux out and also make sure that you explicitly upload the map as sometime the upload does not actually occur when switching features on and off.

You'll also need to check that the jumpers internally are correctly set for VTEC. By default they are not.

Went through that twice according to the first page of this thread and they seem OK.

It might be months later, but I'm still curious. Not that it's stopping me. Already picked up a set of 750's

Disclaimer: completely green with the EMU.

I just purchased a unit off a forum member from the Greddy AP2 Turbo kit.

It didn't come with the SW (I managed to find version 2.20 online) should that be okay?

What do I need to change settings wise if anything for my NA car...I will be clearing the map etc but is it wired differently?

I opened it JP8 was actually set to 2-3, not 1-2 indicated on the first post. Which is correct?

Finally, does the unit power itself just from USB or does it need to be hooked into the car simultaneously?
