Default E-Manage Ultimate Tuning Help

Hey everyone, I have spent all day tuning my S2000 on dyno and my datalogger shows that its dropping timing for shorts periods of time. this is affecting my air fuel and making it tough to tune.. I have no check engine lights and she is making 211whp on a mustang dyno...
Specs
2.2 engine with 10k miles
AP1 ecu
Greddy E-manage Ultimate

I can email you the logs if someone wants to look at them..
I will be back at the dyno tomorrow so any help is appreciated..thanks Chris

I don't know about tunning S2K but on the Evo the ECU pulls timing if it sees knock from the knock sensor.

What kind of gas are you using? Maybe you have a bad tank of gas?

Why do you have a 2.2L engine with an AP1 ecu? Do you have a built 2.2L or just a stock engine from an AP2?

bone stock ap2 engine with t1-r exhaust and test pipe and comptech intake..

i got exxon 93.. I think the gas is fine. It could be the knock but the log says 0 all the time so I think its not hooked up..

Its not the gas. When I unplug the greddy it does not drop timing...

What sparkplugs
I was having problems with the 7173.

I was getting random problems with the car under boost. Bucking, spitting and sputtering, all sorts of bad sounds, huge 5 and 6 foot flames out of the exhaust when on track ( no drafting me unless you want your front bumper burned to the ground)....

Since switching to NGK 2668 (Resistor) and have not had a single problem with electrical/ ignition.

Currently my car is in the shop getting painted, however I hear the dropped timing could me caused from uploading the new map over the old map. I hear you have to remove the old map before you upload the new one. I anyone knows about this please post up...

I will have my car back at the end of the month...
