Poor emanage performance

Poor emanage performance
Let me start off by saying I know the emanage is not as near as good as a standalone, which I plan on getting soon.
Anyway had the car dyno'd the other day and to say the least it was very disappointing. I am running a vortech v3 setup with the stock pulley, fmu, stock injectors with a walbro 255 pump. My tuner was having a tough time with the timing maps and was near maxing out timing on the emanage however the stock ecu was fighting and pulling too much timing up top. To say the least I am losing some serious horsepower because of this.
Are there any emanage guru's out there that can take a look at my map? I can send it or post it here. Maybe there is something simple thats missing or wrong?
To add more, the dyno graph looks smooth till around 7k rpm and then you can see the timing jump up and down and cause a wavy line. I am by no means proficient in tuning so any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing you're on the emanage ultimate? You have to trigger the stock ecu to go into "open loop" before tuning. Refer to this thread for details: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/835...te-chronicles/

It looks like thats mostly for fuel trim? My AFR's were rock solid all the way through. Only having issues with timing and the stock ecu over-riding and pulling timing when we are trying to add it so it freaks out up top.
EDIT I am on a ultimate.
