I believe these are pretty adjustable but I don't know if they come with external reservoirs or not. How good is this suspension setup compared to the crux, spoon, etc. and what are the recommended spring rates for street/occasional track use?

 

for myself...i will rate crux> showa > spoon...but the crux is kind of too hardcore for street driving...and for the showa and crux.for the normal set up...they both run 16k front and rear...ofcuz..for the spring rate...u can change it when u order it..and they dun come with external reservoirs..

 

Better then Crux and Spoon
J's replaced Crux in favor of the Showas and started winning Time Attacks in Japan.
The new Spoon dampers are made by KYB and that's all I'm going to say about that.

Showa definitely makes quality products.

 

Yeah I was surprise when I got mine and it says KYB on it. So I basically Paid close to 3Gz for KYB
