Good point. Agreed. I hope to get the J's 66mm.
Is the ProFlow 66mm all through or just to the plate?

I don't know if you've ever heard of BDL Industries but they to offer custom T/B from 65mm up to 74mm and there machined from billet aluminum just remember you need to calibrate the TPS to 800 ohms or the car won't idle BTW i went with the J's 66mm. T/B, immeditate throttle response and no need for port matching any larger than 66mm you might have to

my invoice says $415. but thats Canadian, you would have to convert that to US dollars. TPS= throttle position sensor. I don't believe A&J Racing sets these when they rebuild the throttle body. After i installed the T/B my car would not idle right and wanted to die every time i came to a stop. I read alot and remembered an article in HCI on the BDL T/B. I gave them a call and they told me to set the TPS, did that open the butterfly about .001 and the car purrs like a kitten. you're gonna need a ohm meter to do this. well i hope this info helps you out. I'm also trying for big #s but i'm going turbo, hopping for 350hp when its done. Another item that might help you out is the BDL fuel rail and the Barry Grant fuel line heat sink, after reading the articles i had to get both of them. If i'm not on the s2k forum i'm reading, HCI,Turbo, Modified, Honda Tuning, ect. There's so much valueable info and articles pertaining to the s2k it's money well spend. Now go try for that 230 hp and don't tell anyone my secrets or i'll have to kill you. Ha,Ha just b.s. you

HAHA thanks for the words. Didn't know about the TPS, but makes sense.

I too am going for 320-340whp with either a Vortech or LoveFAB kit...
TB is still undecided though, ahh!! Cheers!

Wyatt, I've said this before on here and everyone seemed to agree. If you are already want to exceeding the stock SC kit than save yourself some money and buy the turbo first. I don't think you can go wrong with the Lovefab.

Well 340whp is certainly attainable with a Vortech - you just need bigger injectors, AEM EMS, 9lb pulley, 70mm exhaust, Js header, etc...
So happens to be more $$$ than a LoveFab though!!! I am pretty set back on the turbo, but I love the fact there have been blown S2s running around for over 100k miles...
