SPOON N1

- would need a/c removed, which i am doing anyways.
-costs about $2,000

J's Racing

-large "rr" rated
-costs about $2,000

i would like to stay jdm and would like the best. i think due to cost these are really good. have any of you had experiences with any of these units?

my turbo s2k heats up quickly and that is why i am on the hunt for one of these

Just go with a $400 Koyo...spending $2000 for a radiator is like purposely running your car into a wall...why?

yeah thats what i would do...

spoon and J's are really made for the n/a cars. you might need something custom since your turbo and are running into over heating problems...

how much power and boost you running?

even with spoon/j's for N/A the Koyo would be comparable and a much better value.

Besides, Koyo is a japanese company...so there you go, you get JDM too. I really don't think anybody would care what NAME you had on your radiator

The flow pattern of KOYO is just like stock. Mugen, J's or Spoon runs the coolant in the "S" pattern. If you want the best JDM radiator, I will suggest to get Tabata or Calsonic and these are the ones used in JGTC and Formula Nippon.

so would the "stock running pattern of koyo be better than the "s" pattern of mugen or j's?
