the ones in the link are different than the ones I was thinking of.....polished/chrome projectors vs black. And I was wrong, $1800 is the cost, not $1600. I think I saw the same ones used for $1200 on here not too long ago so I dont know why some of you guys are finding them so cheap, they cant be the exact same.

Places like ICB just jack their prices through the roof, they also sell a lot of brand new JDM parts... You dont even wanna know how cheap they get used stuff for. They buy enormous containers that they picked through JDM yards for, pretty much pennies on the dollar.

It's my understanding that the JDM headlights with the chrome projector housings were only avaliable in 03 in both the JDM and EDM markets. I'm not sure if they were on all of the cars or only some of them, but I do know they are rare as shit. I was initially under the impressiot that they came off of the JDM 'Giore' edition, but I now know they came on more than just that model.

Most people don't even notice the difference unless it is pointed out to them. >_<

 

Thanks Feezy, your style is the only ones I would give up regular usdm ap2's for. The black housed ones just dont appeal to me and look too eBayish(yeah I said it!)

 

I'm with you on that. The set that I currently have cost me a good deal more than a set of AP2's would have cost me, but they fit my car so well I had to have them.

This is my third set of the JDM Chrome ones. >_>
