NA: ITB's
My ITB setup is made with a cut stock intake as the flange and Haybusa throttles.

I agree there are tons of kits out there but the point of me making my own is to prove that I can actually succeed in doing so.

This is the only picture I have for now.
Another member snapped a picture of it as well in this thread:

They are extremely loud, let me put it this way. I have a 70mm single exhaust with no cat, and the throttle induction sound is louder.

2. Yes. A separate summer and winter tune is necessary if you live in an area that experiences climate change.
I am considering purchasing Jenvey ITB's from Emerald Performance. I spoke with them and they told me they use 46.1 or 46.7 mm (I forgot which) throttle bodies with 70mm air horns. I was also told that if I wanted 480cc injectors (i.e. Picco, Magneti Marelli, etc.) that I would need to cut my harness in order to make them work because they would not plug n play. What are your thoughts on this? I am unsure if I would need to modify my harness at all to run aftermarket injectors or buy a new fuel pump for the 480cc injectors to work efficiently. Thanks you guys!
c.tran- I am installing the Emerald setup over the next month or so. He sold me 440cc injectors which should be plenty for fueling, and are plug and play. Consensus from reading threads on here is that the stock fuel pump is fine.
.MM- from reading many ITB threads, I do not see anyone running Emanage (also do not see that anyone tried, however). I will be using Kpro.
