That is so awesome! I love DIY and I love doing things right, and this is a clear case of doing both.

Your car is fantastic, and very well executed. I love it.
Ditto my friend!!

Just out of curiousity, what is it about the Amuse trunk that makes it so much more expensive than the ASM? I figure the construction method must differ in some way, but I certainly don't know that for sure. Any opinions?

Very awesome Amuse S2k you have there ITBs2K. The black makes the car even more elusive to the eye and everything flows well together.

I'm in the same boat when it comes to learning the mechanics behind auto maintenance. You gain so much knowledge from it.

Question about your ITB's... Are they fairly loud when driving and of course at WOT?

Great job on a great looking S2k.

Good question. How does the sound of the ITB's appeal to you?

Ive had two ITB kits on my car. 1st one was Jenvey and 2nd was TWM. The Jenveys were very loud when I punched it. I remember the first day I had it and drve down the street from the dyno, there was a kid walking about 200 yards away. Right when I gunned it he turned around instantly and was like WTH?! The TWM isnt as loud but still sounds great. I always got complients for it.

Wow! Very cool then. Its just something for me to think about besides forced induction when it comes to making power. Thank you for your insight on this.

Forced Induction, IMO is a great way to modify any engine as lkong as you build it properly. Personally I have always been an NA fan and I have talked with S2000 owners who achieved 280-340WHP...hard to believe I know, expensive yes, possible, definitely.

NA is a bit more rare and IMHO more suited for an S2000. Instead of power and torque, it is all about throttle response high revs. The Touge Monster was NA and look how hardcore it is.

Just my two cents.

Yeah but for this GT1 they say FI is better. Being NA doesnt give enough power to fully use the aero of the WB, so I read. I originally got it for the quick response for autoXs and the rarity of having it. I did this back on early 06 when only a handful of s2000a had ITBs on thier cars.
