template for j's intake

Default template for j's intake

anyone have a template to cut out the hood for the tsuchinoko intake? if so can u pm it to me thanks a lot. if anyone has any other methods im open to those too.

My mechanic did that himself . He closed the hood halfway and painted the area that needed to be cut. That was all.

You can also use Mugen's template. AmuseBoy has it posted on his website.

I used painters tap......

install the intake......
fold the tape into "loops"
place the tape gently on top of the snorkel......
close the hood gently until the tape sticks.......
lift hood.....
and you have a template!!!

Thanks for posting the link HD.

Click on the instructions for mugen and then click on the iages to enlarge to full size.

Using tape to make the marking is advisable. Go slow and you'll be fine.
