Default Tuning Questions

hi everyone. i have some questions about some parts. right now i have:

Spoon N1 Exhaust
VAFC II

I am going to buy CAI, Headers, Flywheel and Clutch Kit

1- For CAI, which one should I use. AEM v2??, Injen?? Are there any differences between them?

2- Do I really need Headers?? Some people said the stock is pretty good and you don't get much power out of it. Should I get one? I am thinking about Ricks 6+ Header

3- As for the Flywheel, I am either going to get Spoon or Toda. Which one should I choose??

I NEED INFORMATION ASAP. PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE. EVERY SINGLE INFO IS IMPORTANT FOR ME. I WILL ORDER ALL THE PARTS AFTER I GET SOME INFORMATION

THANKS TO EVERYBODY WHO HELPS...

i have the exedy stage 3 hyper single 6puck clutch and flywheel....i love it!!!! jus got it installed last saturday...its a bit pricy but the grip is amazing...but is kind of a pain in stop and go traffic jus to warn you as any 6puck clutch is...but feels like ur driving a race car or something....the stock headers are pretty good...but the ricks is a good buy for the price...they made it comprable to the mugen in performance gains while enabling it to use the stock heat sheild..if that matters to you...i have the aem v2 and i love it...sounds great, especially in vtec...there is a little cabin drone though but it doesnt bother me...im a performance junkie so i dont care if the part is jdm or usdm..as long as it's quality...but in most cases jdm parts are better, but i like aem's products and their engine managment system is kick ass...hope this helps ...
