hi everyone, i'd like to know what the spoon ecu does to the f20? i've purchased a jdm engine and consequently(and hoping fortunately...) it came plugged with this ecu. how is it different from the stock box? i've tried searching all over but havn't come up with specific characteristics of this box. the spoon website says it even lowers the rev limit. what else does it do?

any help would be much appreciated!!!!

 

Im sure they tweeked the fuel map and spark curve and v-tec timing

 

Not much. I had one and was not impressed.

They moved VTEC engagement down a bit. I suspect it would need to be combined with Spoon cams, etc to be truly effective.
