Which Wing is better for Racing?

High wing will have way more down force than the low wing. I used to have the Mugen wing dialed to most angle to down force but the J's (Voltex) wing still make way bigger difference to bring ther rear down comparing to it.
I wonder if the Mugen Spoiler works like the NASCAR spoilers? I don't watch much NASCAR but their aero works well up to 200 mph with only a spoiler (and a complete body kit)! If you think about that it makes you wonder what would work best for our cars.
Mugen Spoiler;

NASCAR Spoiler;

That makes the list of choices;
1. High Wing
2. Mid Wing
3. Low Wing
4. Spoiler

I'm currently running the ASM Trunk and wing that they ran on their race car up until 2005. It's along the lines of a mid height wing. I happen to love it since my car is street driven and those super high wings look a little rediculous.
This is a hard question to answer about an ideal wing, since absolutely downforce is very subjective to setup and driving style.
All I can do is post some pics of my wing on my car. Ings, J's, ASM are all great wings, quality wise and functionality wise. Ultimatley it's up to how much downforce you need and what looks right to you if you're using it on the street.

"J's is running 17x9 +25 at the front and 17x9.5 +34 at the rear with all around 255/40/17 A048 tires" -AJ Pwr
With that said, the choice of wing height is more dependent on driving style and handling characteristics rather than simply choice of non-staggered or staggered wheel setup.
