For NA power I say go J's/Tracy Sports/Hytech custom header, and J's 70RR/Amuse R1000/T1R 70RT header back exhaust. I'm willing to promise 15whp gain and possible 40lbs+ weight loss. Seems worth it to me.

I would vote Hytech on the header aswell, big gains and light weight. As for the exhaust any single 70mm will be fine as they are all pretty much the same performance wise, get the lightest one you can afford.

Check out this thread on the Tracy Sports Header:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...hl=tracy+sports

Tracy Sports commissioned a 3rd party independant header test. Click the link above to see for yourself!
Also, there is a link with a board member conducting a dyno test.

For those who dont already know:
Tracy Sports built the C-West Carbon Time Attack S2000s, as well as, up until a few years ago, the J's Racing cars.

That Tracy Sports header test is weird though ... it says that the J's header makes the least power, while pretty much everyone here has found it to be one of (if not the) highest performing header for the S2000.
