any idea if these are plug and play for an AP1?

edit: or perhaps the question is do they come with ballasts and bulbs?!

i thought they are plug and play if ballast and bulbs are included

Interesting, because they list for $576 each and can be found for $400 each from online dealers. Is $650 OBO more than $800?
